The Migrant Mother

The Migrant Mother

It just happened so quickly. It has been already 6 months doing this. Last past years ago, this was when we all struggled through challenges of collasped economy. We had no home, food or anything left, everything except for ourselves. It was better than nothing but It was so hard for us to live like this. I was so worried for my children how can they suffer this situation such in young age. Poverty and fear ran to us and we never had to go through hard time before. We never live through the darkest side of life. My husband was in bad wound fighting against other countries. He had to come face to face the death and I was keep praying for God that he will survive. My children were getting weak and tired from the struggle. Money becomes more and more important for our family. My day was always pursued by a black cloud. Every day was hopeless from starving and living in this small area with many people. Most I filled with all worries to my children and I don't know what to do for them whenever they look at me with big hopeful eyes. "I'm so hungry mom." It seemed like tears would flow over his eyes but I could only say sorry.......

I hope the miracle will come for us someday. The day that God will helps us his mercy. I'm praying and asking him that we could just go back where we were before and live in our normal life.

  1. I like the way you show how you feel upon something by the good use of imagery, especially "My day was always pursued by a black cloud"
Your voice sounds very emotional, good job:)
